Disable/remove blood?

I recently installed a 'no-blood' mod: No Blood or Damage Visible [LUA] 1.1 However, blood splatters still appear on me. I think those are particle effects. Can those be disabled too? I'm essentially looking for a mod which does what 'Clean player clothes' does in Simple Trainer (but then automagically).

P.S. I just want no blood on me! On peds is okay.

https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/clean-wound-s-bloodTry this. It's an asi script file. So just copy paste it to the GTA V Root Directory.
About your previous script, many of the LUA scripts don't support the updated LUA Plugin, if author didn't update the mod, this could be the reason why your previous mod, may not have worked. Just guessing. (:

With Simple Trainer god-mode, you'll never see your clothes sullied, ever again.

and btw, if I am not wrong, in simple trainer, I think there is an option something like special god mod, which will make you invincible, but player character still can fall from bike at high speeds and still the blood can be seen on his cloths but this mod will remove the stains as soon as you have 'em.
