i cant get any of the mods to work need help
-
- What mods are you trying to get working?
- Have you installed all the requirements for the mod to run?
- What is your game version?
- Is it a Steam or a Retail copy?
-
a mod menu
-
@grmmodz Answer all the questions please.
-
its retail
and i think i have installed everything
dont know game version might be 1.37?
-
@grmmodz Thank you. You see, now it's easier to answer your question.
So, make sure you have installed latest versions of Script Hook V and Community Script Hook V .NET.
And Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 or higher. (No need to do this step if you are using Windows 10)
Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package for Visual Studio 2013 (x64). Newer mods require C++ Redistributable Package for Visual Studio 2015.If you have installed all the above requirements, please describe what is happening exactly.
-
i have all of that
-
@grmmodz OK, so tell us what's happening after you installed the trainer. Can you open the menu?
-
no nothing happens
-
@grmmodz What trainer did you install?
-
native
-
And post a screenshot of your GTA V main/root folder.
-
-
how do u put pic in
-
@grmmodz Take a screenshot, I assume you know how to do it, and drag and drop the image to the text field. Wait till the image fully uploads, and post.

-
@grmmodz i don't see some critical files, like the Update folder and gta5.exe. And where's the trainer you have installed?
-
it didnt have those
-
Also I don't see scripthookv.dll, and ScriptHookVDotNet.asi.
-
i havent found that either not in file
-
ok I got them
-
@grmmodz OK. I would advise you to read this carefully. Read the first part and the last bit. The middle is for vehicle installation.
-
what are asi lua ?
-
@grmmodz Those are two script file types. Trainers/mod menus usually come in asi format. Such files should go into the main GTA folder. You don't have to read the lua part.
