did you add your add-ons to dlclist.xml?

  • @ImNotMentaL

Yes i put in dlclist.xml i put folder with dlc.rpf inside that folder to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks than in open dlclist.xml and add line for that car than in openiv i replace old dlclist.xml with new one. I know how add addon car to game but i dont know why not spawn no matter if i want spawn by name or if i search it in Menyoo its not show in any addon car just stock cars.
Like i say i have that problem few months ago and i fix it with modded gameconfig but now modded gameconfig not help

  • @blinkt What car did you put?

  • I get this problem every once in awhile. It happens when I install more than 1 add on. In order to fix it, delete all of the add on mods you have. Then you should pick up both "unlimited add on vehicles" game configs. (There are 2 out there.) Try one, and reinstall the add ons. If it doesn't work still try the other. For some reason, the game config starts to not work, and then I download the other one, and it works.
Hopefully that works, I know you tried to do stuff with the game config, but this usually works. If it doesn't, best I can recommend is to wipe gta and start again :)

  • @EDGeNA

I try subaru impreza wrx, renault clio, nissan skyline r35 and few other

  • @TheLoneWolf293

I will try remove all addons and than run game once than put back addon cars and gameconfig i hope than work fine

  • Yeah, I had this problem before and I just had to switch out the gameconfig.

  • @meimeiriver The vanilla folder isn't ignored completely, you only need the dlcpacks in your mods folder for the addons you are using.

I have no vanilla folders in my mods folder, you should only add vanilla folders if you are replacing vanilla content with modded content.

    Edit: Here's my mods folder.

Why, that's new to me. :) I have everything in there! I thought any mods folder was an either/or thingy. Guess I can clean out a lot then.

@meimeiriver I just deleted my earlier comment. :)

  • @meimeiriver On the upside, you can now have more hard drive space on your GTAV drive. :D

  • So guys i try some ways to fix that problem but nothing help i really dont know why the fck addon cars get invalid model i not find any solution i think i must play without mods or delete gamr and stop playing gta

  • @blinkt Those addons that you have installed, can you provide a link to the bottom three mods in the image you posted please?

  • @blinkt What are those?

The first link is broken and just goes to the vehicles section of the main site, and if I search for fire-man I can't find any vehicles that match.

The second (the clio) is from the top of that list you posted. I wanted to check the bottom ones because the folder names looked unusual and I wanted to check the readme for them.

Have you checked your dlclist.xml file to make sure there are no errors? If there is a missing > on the end of a line, or any extra characters that shouldn't be there, it will stop all of the addons from working.

@LeeC2202 The last one appears to be the Subaru Impreza 2G S11 (with the correct folder name)

^^ Yeah, it really must be something like this!

  • @meimeiriver I've just saved that image so I could magnify it... all those folder names seem okay now I can see them clearly. I should change my glasses for binoculars. :D

  • So guys do you have any solution how fix problem

  • @blinkt I asked a question earlier which you haven't answered yet.

Have you checked your dlclist.xml file to make sure there are no errors? If there is a missing > on the end of a line, or any extra characters that shouldn't be there, it will stop all of the addons from working.

    Edit: Okay... here's my solution.

    1. Rename your existing mods folder to something else, modsold for example.
    2. Create a new mods folder and copy in the update.rpf file as you would do normally.
    3. Get this game config F7YO Gameconfig and install that into your update.rpf file in the mods folder, using the x1 Ped and x1 Vehicle density option.
    4. Download a single addon, maybe this one. Nissan Fairlady Z I have that one, so I know it works.
    5. Add the <item>dlcpacks:\s30</item> entry into the clean dlclist.xml and replace that to the new update.rpf file in the mods folder.
    6. Try and spawn that vehicle in-game with your trainer using the name s30

If that doesn't work, then there is something wrong with your setup.
