Single Player more characters options mod?

Hello as we all know you can do a lot of things with your online characters but you can't have any of that in single player so what I wanted to know is does anyone know of a mod that lets you customize your characters like gta online?

I've said enough. The features are right there, in that script. Check Player Options, Model Changer, then find the MP models. And yes, they can be customized.
