you could drive up beside a ped and press a button to capture them in back of trunk or space in truck, you could then drive to somewhere quiet and release them but tied up or something..

This was a script in IV that I've enjoyed. Would be nice to have it again. Then It worked by hijacking a car and not stopping so the ped couldn't get out and drive to a point to collect ransom

but I think it would be cool to place peds in back of trunk or back seat
