[HELP PLEASE] gameconfig questions/editing

I recently installed ImNotMentaL's single player bennys mod and nothing would happen when I drove into the shop. I PM'd him and he said my online map is broken. Heres my log http://pastebin.com/VeEjBkQy he said I needed to increase the game memory in the gameconfig.xml but I dont know how to do this and I need your help, thanks

@cschwartz Use the x1 Ped and x1 Vehicle density option in this... make sure you're using the 944 version on an updated game.

@LeeC2202 this fixed the problem with bennys not loading, and I can tell that bennys now works because theres a map blip, but the game crashes anywhere from 1-5 minutes after it gets done loading, so by the time I drive to it, it crashes

@cschwartz You need to check the log files in your main game folder, scripthookv.log and scripthookvdotnet.log to see if the crashes are being caused by a script or not.
If there are no errors, rename your mods folder (if you have one) and try it again. If it doesn't crash without the mods folder, then you possibly have a mod that is causing the crash.

@LeeC2202 the causes of the crash are the same as before but right now im working on uninstalling mods and I'll let you know if that doesnt fix it

@cschwartz Good to hear you got things working.
It can be a pain sometimes to try and work out where the problem is and many give up... so kudos to you for sticking with it.
