mod peds duplicate in Rockstar editor

I have a very strange bug in rockstar editor
When i record everything look fine. But in rockstar editor, all the mod ped i spawned duplicated.
I use add-on ped to add new peds

Got the same problem with some script spawned vehicles and props. It's really weird.
