Work together on a Police Car project. I need good modders!

I would like to transform normal cars into police cars. I can make skins etc. but the only thing that I can't is adding a siren to the vehicle. Does someone want to work together with me that can do that? I would love to texture my own cars. Please leave a message if you are interested! I am Dutch, but as long as you speak English it's okay.
