My gta won't work anymore and i don't know why help when i load the game up the trainer works but nothing else will work

@kingbut100 We can't guess what you have installed... you don't even tell us which trainer you are using.
You need to provide all the information about what game version you are using, if it's up to date, if you're using a mods folder, what scripts you are using, what mods you have installed, if there are any errors in the error logs and if so, what do they say.
We can't see your PC, so you have to describe as much about what you have done or tried to us, otherwise we don't even know where to start.

@LeeC2202 I have everything you need for the add ons and stuff and i use enhanced native trainer and simple trainer and gta is all up to date and i use the mods folder and i have bennys shop sp and the door fix for it i also have the multiplayer add on cars that you can spawn in the single player

@kingbut100 Do you have a different gameconfig, and have you installed any add-ons that could be the issue?
I'm unsure on what happens. Does the story mode load up?

Yeah, please be more specific. What is 'nothing else will work'? 'Nothing' encompasses a lot, you know!?
Also, what did you install last, prior to 'nothing' working any more? The game may be very low on resources; I'd try this first:
Gameconfig (1.0.944.2) for Limitless Add-On Vehicles 6.0
As that simply never hurts.
As for Benny's shop, I'd switch over to the new one:
Single Player Benny's Original Motor Works (SPB) 1.2.2
That one is by 'I'm Not Mental' and is actively maintained. The older version was slightly buggy.

As for those add-on cars, be careful not to overwrite often included things like NativeUI.dll. I know the modders mean well (and, at the time they included the 'latest' versions of those tools, it may even have looked like a helpful thing to do; but all that really accomplishes is, is you, soon enough, starting to use an older/obsolete version of those). Any of those basic tools, leave them untouched; or, rather, just update those when their respective authors release a new version.
My long-winded point being: you can suddenly seriously degrade your install overwriting that stuff. So, always be mindful of what you replace.
