Add-on Cars Crashing game with limitless gameconfig and mods folder. Only add one car to the game?

As explained in the title I have had the problem of my game crashing on startup with the error message (ERR_FILL_PACK1) also straight after a message says (breakpoint A breakpoint has been reached) when more than one car is added to the game at a a time. It is an original steam copy and worked perfectly until it updated the other day. I have only edited files in my Mod folder.
This is a problem with the dlclist as when i use the original dlclist the game works without the add-ons activated. I am using the limitless Gameconfig but have used 2-3 others aswell. I will put below how my DLCLIST looks:

PS, Just to add, I have tried deleting 5 cars at a time off the dlclist and still doen't work until there is only one add-on. cheers

@cdo_alex I have just checked that XML for errors and that's fine. That is a lot of addons though, so it doesn't surprise me that you are getting an error of some sort. The latest patch doesn't like a lot of individual addons.
Your problem does sound like a gameconfig problem and I can only recommend the one I use, which is this one. https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars
I only ever use the x1 Ped and x1 Vehicle density option out of that and currently have 69 addon cars (in 5 addon packs) plus 2 aircraft.
It almost sounds like your gameconfig is getting ignored, which is very strange.
If you haven't made many changes to your update.rpf file, I would suggest that you re-copy the original one from your game files in its place. Then re-import the dlclist.xml and gameconfig.xml (from that version I linked) into it in your mods folder.
One thing you haven't told us, is if you are using any other mods folder based mods... texture mods, graphics mods etc...

Hi @LeeC2202 Thanks for the reply, I am not using any other mods other than Menyoo trainer, No graphics mods as I like to keep a solid 60fps so no other mod could be conflicting. It is a lot of car mods however the game has been running fine for months with these and added to daily. I checked to see if deleting some would help and no change to crashing.
I will try your suggestion and see if that helps.
Next possible solution is delete update folder, verify my game through steam and get a brand new update folder and try to add my cars back in.
I spend more hours modding and problem solving this game than actual game play haha

I have Added one car at a time and I have got to 16 cars before i get the ERR_FILL_PACK1 so It has to be the gameconfig 😩. I have changed it numerous amounts of times also modded the 'fragmentstore' and orher script lines myself. Don't know what to do now,
I wish you had the choice to upgrade because every time i do it messes my game up!

@cdo_alex Yeah R* made a big boo-boo for modders on those continuous mandatory updates...
When you use the mods folder method you could delete car models in previous updates that exist in later ones thus freeying up some headroom.
Either that or investigate some more if you can go even higher on the gameconfig.xml numbers. You increased all the usual entries?
Also, consolidate all those separate add-ons in larger packs. As long as it doesn't exceed about 3GB. Maybe start with this to see if you can get past 16 that way?

That's not necessarily the right conlusion. If you also have something loaded like mpimportexport, or Single Player Apartment, or something else big, you'll have little room left.
The big question of course is, what did you recently install which, prior to that, allowed you to have like a hundred add-on cars?! (I could only add 19 myself, until I was forced to roll my own compound DLC's).

@Willief23 Don't want to appear as the party pooper but have you asked permission from the authors to build and share that pack publicly?
I understand how people build packs for personal use but users generally seek permission before adding vehicles to packs that will be shared. Not all mod authors want their vehicles in any packs other than those they create themselves.
And some might not want their vehicles shared at all in a way they are not in control of... hence their message on the mods about not uploading the mods elsewhere.
So it's worth being aware that someone might download that pack out of curiosity and then object if their car is in there. It is more advisable to share that kind of link by PM, to avoid any potential situations cropping up.

@Willief23 Sharing these files without asking permission from the owners is prohibited in the main site and the forum. If you have asked and given permission to upload the car pack, it's OK.

Hi @Willief23 and everyone else that commented! I appreciate all your help. However I did a clean uninstall and a fresh install from steam with all the latest updates, added my mod folder back with all my cars and the Old DLCList and gameconfig and boom it loaded straight up, all my cars show in menuoo trainer so I am a happy boy once again.
