Mods not working

Hello guys. So i recently installed some mods. i got scripthook V, scripthook v .NET, and some other stuff i need for other mods. yet none of my mods are working. do you guys have any ideas? My idea is that due to the fact my game is just located straight in "D:" and not in a private folder gta doesnt know what folders to take as mods and what folders to ignore. Is this possible?

I don't know anything about the hard disk stuff (sorry) but if your script mods aren't working try running it in administrator mode (it worked for me)

@jonasl03 You have a similar issue as this. He solved it by moving his installation directory back to the original location.

@stillhere yeah but the thing is that its in my original location. the original lovcation is my D drive.

@jonasl03 What I'm saying is maybe SHV only expects your game to be in Program Files or in the steamapps folder.
