Clip/Magazine postion

Hey guys, i'm trying to edit one of the magazines for the compact rifle. I used the "banana gun" to replace one of the mags. The gun works and the banana is in place of the gun but the position is all wrong. How do I edit the positioning of it? Which programs do I use? im trying to do something like this
