Could there be an automatic page reload, on the new post notification?

At the moment. if you sit on the "Recent" page of the forums (as I tend to do), when something new is posted, you get the "There is a new post/topic click to reload" bar pop up. Is there any setting that will override that and cause the page to automatically refresh anyway?
When you're in the game, potentially testing something, you have to stop and ALT + Tab out of the game, just to see what has appeared... which might not seem an issue on the whole, unless you're on Spam watch as the moderators have to be.
If the page could auto-reload, it would make things so much easier.

@LeeC2202 I don't see an option or plugin for that unfortunately. Might be a request for the NodeBB forums.
