There are 36 new natives. And regarding the vehicle memory offsets, I'll look into it in a few mins

Also thanks a lot! I'll need to start figuring out how to do this myself for the next patches, hooking up CE starts to feel silly now.

Pardon my ignorance, but what is Unknown Modder trying to accomplish? Write the new Script Hook V or something?!

@meimeiriver No, this is for getting fuel, oil, current gear, etc. (which is not possible using natives).
@ikt The offsets don't seem to have changed.

What a f***ing joke this update is like 95% of them! Anyway I got a steam update yesterday and disconnected my internet before pressing anything. Started up GTA all mods and scripts are safe. I should be good playing offline until they update script hook v, are there any other steps I should take before connecting my PC to the internet again other then waiting for scripthookv? Also @V4D3R Thanks for letting me know man! I would have been heartbroken if all my hard work of installing mods was for nothing😂
