Edit: I think the the tool is mostly for rendering purpose.

Its pretty damn impressive. Its kinda rough and buggy, but honestly this tool has the potential to be the new MED from GTA SA.

@V4D3R well, the map is made of prop xP (land are objects, building are object, etc) but yeah it seems cool
