Does anyone know what mod is this?

Hi everyone. I saw some youtubers making videos with peds driving cars in it.
For example a video in which there is 8 super cars (spawned) and pedestrians are driving all of them, its pretty much drag race. They are sitting in the car and waiting for the start. And a guy is racing with them. I think he is giving sign, because all of them are starting at the same time, as well as that guy. So basically his place, his sign for race start. And they are driving full speed.
Then a video where pedestrians are driving with you in car. 3 of them.
And another example of the video is that ped is driving car opposite to you, to crash right into you.
All i know is that it's not none of the mods i found so far, all were related to drag races, but as i could see in present videos of that mods, it's basically only with 1 car, and you can't pick which one, you can't spawn any car you want and make ped race you, or to control his movement, or more of them.
I've been googling and searching for this mod for long time now and i still can't find it.
Does anyone of you maybe know which mod is that?

With this mod you posted, you can only race 1 opponent at the time, you can't spawn vehicles you like to race against, there are some peds arround betting and ''supporting'' races, markers and it's on random locations.
I explained nice, in this what im searching for, there is no markers, no OTHER peds ''supporting'' the race or anything and it's anywhere you want it to be. Just imagine that with menyoo you spawned 8 different super cars at Sandy Shores Airfield, and your friends riding them against you. Only there is no friends, its in offline mode.

Did you even try that mod? Because it has all the features you said in the section I quoted.
You can race against multiple racers, can bet, and select any add-on or vanilla car as an opponent.

It could be Bodyguard Squads, too. You can race the bodyguards, make them go after you, etc
It could be Street Races, too.
Can you link to the videos you've seen? You're probably referring to the rewritten version of Drag Meets.
