Weapon modification issues.

I seem to be having issues with animated weapon mods. Sometimes after installing specific weapon mods (usually animated ones) I'd be firing other weapons and it's all glitchy and bugged. The magazine appearing above the weapon, bolts appearing on the side, etc:
