@V4D3R bro R* is known to fuck up at times and they helped me get back to normal cause it was their system that thought I was online when I wasn't

Look I know what I say and seen what it did to my game I am not fucking blind nor fucking stupid or dumb R* is known to have their fuck ups with their systems it may be rare at times but it happens their system mistakenly thought I was online that's why it did what it did and they helped me fix it

@TR71777 Did you check what @LeeC2202 told you to? I mean do you have an old update.rpf inside your mods folder? How else your loading screen display version 678 and online 1.33?

You're either online, or you're not. And since you put '-scOfflineOnly' in your commandline.txt (you did do that, right?!), there's no way for you to get accidentally online.
And like Lee said, even if they had you perma-banned, there's no way they'd prevent you from playing offline.

@meimeiriver I didn't say I couldn't play offline now did I no I said I couldn't mod my game cause of their system errors its very very rare that it happens but it dose from time to time cause R* has had its fuck ups in the past

@V4D3R I read what you all said but I feel like I'm being called a lier which I am not lying I saw what I saw and that's why I asked if any surprised updates happened to anyone that effected their mods before it happened everything was up to date and then some everything was reinstalled and fresh and updated but it was an error on R* part their system mistakenly thought I was online hell even the R* rep that I spoke to looked up my profile and it said clearly that it thought I was online even the rep said this rarely ever happens but it dose happen and he even said R* is constantly trying to improve on it and they cleared me and help fix the issue I don't like being called a lier or anything like that and I hate surprise updates from R* I never seen any updates on their website for this problem that I did have I know what I saw and seen

@TR71777 For the record, I don't think you're lying. I do think you're in denial about what happened, though, as version numbers don't just regress ex nihilo. And that you're too upset now to look at this calmly.
I'm glad, at least, you got something up-and-running again.
