Police car light bar isn't working

the light bar of every car isnt working idk why, any help?
I mean i can hear the siren but i cant see the blue and red lights

@WaZzUp Are you talking about vanilla cars or custom models?
Are you using ELS?
Did you modify carols.ymt or carvariations.meta?
Give us some more input...
