endevor questions

  • so i installed the endevor mod menu and it worked properly. what i didnt kno is that as soon as i went into story mode the game banned me. so i can safely say this mod is dectable. ive got one month till im allowed to play. since then i deleted the mod and all other related files from my computer. deleted and reinstalled the game.

so to the point. i was screwing around in story mode during the ban (i kno it wont save) and i hit the button that brought up the mod menu. and it worked. apparently i forgot to delete the mod from the game files.

would rockstar see that i was modding while i was banned? because if so that would have been my last strike.

side note, after being banned for the first time will i be able to keep anything at all? house? car? MONEY? dose anyone have any experience with this?

honestly since im on my last strike im gonna be an honest player, no more modding.
just dreamming for the day i make friends with a modder and gives me money. lol.

  • Your grammar is so horrible, I don't believe I properly understand you. You cannot be banned just for playing "story mode". Banning applies only to modding within an online session. As a matter of fact, the asi plugin prevents any scripts from loading when launching an online game, so I am unsure how it was even possible to load a modded session to begin with.

  • So how exactly did i get an email saying i was banned for modding? I used the mod menu in story mode and a private lobby online.

  • There was a few questions in that post.
Will i get my final strike if i mod while im banned?

And dose anyone kno if im able to keep anything after i get my account back?

This is not an English only site and that kind of comment is unnecessary. The user might speak English as their second or even third language.

  • @LeeC2202 It wasn't intended to be an insult just for thrills Lee. I prefaced my that to my answer I provided him, because what was written really was hard to follow.

  • @eshenk And now my grammar was just horrible, LOL.

  • @eshenk That may be so but we still never make any comments about grammar or spelling for the reason I have posted.

If you don't understand English very well, you don't always understand what is and isn't a joke, which means those comments are inherently offensive. So please, don't add comments like that to a post... respect the user and their possible language difficulties.

Online modding is not allowed whatever it's in private lobby or not
Only offline modding is allowed so they should not ban you cause you used mod in offline

about your account it's to rockstar than yu should ask since this communauty have nothing to do with online,

  • So your saying most the people on this site modd offline? Well i miss judged the purpose of these mods. Lol

    My fault i suppose.

  • @floodedburrito Idk what people are doing but yeah most of people know that online mod is a risk of ban so i guess they are smart enough to not do it,
Anyway this site don't allow online mod

Exactly! Very strictly modding for Single-Player use only! If you use any of these mods online, well, you figured out on your own what happens then. Almost every mod out there also specifically warns you not to go online with it!

My advice to you: don't go and find out. You're tempting fate! Yours, to be precise.

All mods on this site are perfectly safe for use with Single-Player mode: any online use, and you run a very high risk of getting banned.

  • thank you.
i was wondering something tho. would i be allowed to mod story mode? i do i have to be completely offline? like how exactly dose it work?

You don't have to be completely offline (as in: disconnected from the Internet; in fact, the game periodically uses your connection to validate you). So, as long as you restrict yourself to Single Player only, you're good. :)

Yup, Single Player won't get you banned. But be careful when you have modified RPF's because R* scans for them when going online and this will most likely get you banned. Also, normally ScriptHookV closes the game when trying to go online but in case you bypassed that or the process failed, the chance of getting banned is VERY high. As soon as the game detects that you hooked the script engine (for rage::scrThread etc.), you'll be flagged for investigation by a R* employee. There's another way that doesn't require hooking the script engine, which would allow you to play with high-level script mods in GTA Online almost undetected but I'm not going to share the method here for obvious reasons.
