Hands on steering wheel for vehicles meta

So I used a Maserati gt originally replace f620 instead I replace felon2 and edit vehicle meta for dials so the hands are not in steering wheel so can you help me to put the hands on steering wheel for vehicle meta

@Dannybus Try copying the section of f620 from underneath the car sound section, to replace the felon one.
To make it clearer, find the specific line that controls sound (it will be empty for vanilla cars, it's only used when you want a car to sound like another car), then select all the lines below until </Item> and paste them over to the felon part, being careful to replace the right things.
