Retro Elergy

  • I was messing around with both the simple trainer and menyoo trainer and when I spawn the retro elergy I went straight to LS customs and there were only 3 options? what gives did R* block all the car modifications to the car? cause when I spawned it with both the simple trainer and again with menyoo the first trainer had no modifications at all but when I tried to mod the car with menyoo the game crashed? I checked my game files everything is there including the car mods in the inport/export file did R* do something ?

  • @TR71777 Only use simple trainer! "vehicle mod menu" then use "bennys mod menu" to add parts & custom your cars. You never have to visit bennys or LS customs again.

  • @Weirdoutworld I did that and it isn't registering at all its saying 0 except the headlights and wheels ?

You're not making a great deal of sense here. First you tell him to only use Simple Trainer, and then to use Benny's Mods Menu (which is a part of Menyoo), but only for a single time!? He may want to use that for other cars too. :)

As for "what gives did R* block all the car modifications to the car?", looks like you managed to screw up your install again, @TR71777, as I just spawned all Elegy cars in game (retro and not), and they are all highly customizable.

  • @meimeiriver bennys mod menu is under vehicle mod menu, vehicle mod menu is under vehicle options in simple trainer... & I meant all options can be changed on the fly at any given time.

  • @TR71777 I would recommend Menyoo customs and the Benny section within Menyoo customs too.

As for the parts not showing, I have realised some mods with extratitleupdate have messed up tuning parts for me in the past. Or at least that's my best guess. I guess you could get the dlcrpf from the standard GTA and drop it into the mods folder, if that's your setup, just to be sure.

If you don't use a mods folder, as annoying as it can be, you may want to reinstall if you don't have a backup. Personally, I use the steam version, and there is a way of bringing the game back to stock with Steam, by verifying files.
