@emrh77 Menyoo has an Object Spooner. You can place objects, and save it. Such as the vehicles, peds, and objects.
The camera is not a mod. The camera I'm guessing is from Rockstar Editor. The plane image camera view looks like they're a passenger in first person.

@emrh77 the objects come with the game, all you need is mentioned linked above. Just to confirm, wasn't explicitly stated.
