The Next Step

Ok, so can anyone explain to me the process of making sure you remove all mods from GTA V when you want to go online? From what I have been doing is removing the modded files then putting in the backup files, which is a long process I am sure this can't be the only way!?
EDIT : Also is a scripts and mods folder with nothing in it dangerous to online? What about OPEN IV files is that dangerous?
What files should I put in scripts? When I download the Prison mod, fuel mod, speedometre???

@gtaenthusiast The safest way to use two copies of Grand Theft Auto V. You don't have to buy another one, use a copy of your existing game. If you like to know how to do it, let us know.

@V4D3R I've got two copies , backup files and current ones, I was just hoping for a quicker way to transfer my stock and modded files, as its quite long to go single player modded to normal online
-
@gtaenthusiast Do you have an entire copy of the game?
-
In the method I'm about to say, you only have to rename two files.

@gtaenthusiast I have an entire copy of the game, go on tell me what you was about to say!
