Best mods from other sites

So I thought i'd be a cool idea to have people share mods from other sites/mods that are here but nobody knows about them. If I sound stupid, it's 11:00 PM and I've been typing sense 10:30 (yikes) and I'm really tired. I'll start with 5:

Remember that little cul de sac that was surround by construction sights and work-in-progress houses? This mod actually puts houses in their place (pass through the wall and you just see the construction sight, no real interior) plus a new, enterable villa. I love how it makes it look like time passed and the houses got finished.

Yeah there's a Watch Dogs mod called CTOS here, but what about one that let's you blow up more stuff, has more functionality, hack trains, and even let's you hack the security cameras (that needs to be it's own mod, perfect for LSPDFR or fivereborn's equivalent)? Not here, and it also gives you a whole new interface , all from the maker of the Jetpack mod and Grappling Hook mod.

Ever wanted your location to show up as you drive? The street name or intersection, area name, and region? Maybe you're new to the game and could use the extra help. Or you were making a machinima or roleplaying and wanted to say "i'm on Cougar Ave and Bay City Ave," but you weren't paying attention to the street names as they passed, and ruined everything? Maybe you wanted to wanted to be more specific than the built in, disheartening locations could help you? You could try this mod.
