Clean Driving Mod

Is it possible to to create a mod, if it doesn't already exist, a clean driving mod where the car keeps on the road like the a.i cars, where the car drives clean for cinematic purposes to avoid seeing tyres moving quickly in certain shots? hope i have explained it properly. thanks

@yayos Simple Native trainer got option for decrease torque / power , enable this and scale down torque to 0.30 . car will start without burnout

@AHK1221 i was thinking about it some more, i think what i wanted to say was, something like auto pilot, where the car does the speed limit, stays on the road, and turns like other cars do, looking for that smooth effect if that sheds any light on the idea.

@S_K the speed isn't the issue, I'm looking for more of a smooth ride for cinematic shots, when you turn with a keyboard or controller the wheels move from straight to angle instantly, and can never keep the car going in a straight line for long, an autopilot mode would be the correct term im looking for i think.
