Only Police3 Spawning after replacing it

Hey guys
After I replaced the police3 car with the Lamborghini from (https://it.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/lamborghini-gallardo-polizia-2k-textures) It seems the other police cars don't spawn at all while in the city.
Is police3 the only one that spawns there? I also replaced police and police2 and while I can manually spawn them using a trainer I never actually saw them being used by npcs.
