Add new radio stations ( not self radio)

I was wondering if it´s possible to add new radio stations to GTA V, but I don´t mean the self radio.
Any tips?

tbh I'm hooked on Custom Radio Stations [.NET] as it makes it possible to use all past GTA radiostations ingame including the advertisements and DJ chatter without even editing .rel files or hud.gfx
