Is it possible to copy all "modded" game to hard drive?

So the question goes like this,
me and my friend we both have the original game we bought so i thought cause his not home a lot and wanted to modded cars and graphics is it possible to me copy my modded game folder to hard drive and let him paste it ? for offline of course cause its basically everyone have the same files no?

@dskate If they are both updated to the same version, you could copy your mods folder into their game folder and it would work.
You could then just copy the scripts folder as well, along with the required mod files in order to make it all work, like ScriptHookV.dll, dinput8.dll, OpenIV.asi and ScriptHookVDotNet.asi.
I mean, in theory you could probably copy the whole game folder but you would be copying 65GB+ when you don't need to copy all that.

Thank you, but i rememeber its more than what you said and the problem i dont remember which one small files that are edited so copying "65gb" is the safe way for me.
