Installing Reshade issues

Hey guys, so i'm installing some graphics mods. I already installed VisualV and ENBSeries. I'm now trying to install Reshade + SweetFX. I used the setup tool but I can't choose the version of DirectX that im running (11). It automatically detects Directx9 and installs the corresponding .dll. And my game crashes because it has a .dll for both (11) and (9). The gam continues to work if I remove the .dll for 9 but then Reshade doesn't work. My question is, does reshade+sweetfx only work with directx9? If so do I need to install it? OR is there a way to have reshade work with directx11? Thanks!
