DLC Error

As I have already mentioned in another topic, none of my dlcs are working, even the rockstar ones. I wanted to create a new topic because I believe that my issue is far more different that the one that the person who created the topic has. The Issue I have is none of the dlcs work after installing addon police cars from Game68240's profile and a swat retexture meant for TRU, but i was not using TRU so I just retextured the regular swat texture. (https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/need-for-speed-hot-pursuit-lamborghini-avantador and https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/noose-tru-ped-model) and after doing this when I launched the game none of the addon cars worked at all, whenever I used a trainer to spawn them it said 'Invalid Model' for every single one of them, I thought this was very strange so I tried to spawn in Rockstar dlc cars (t20, 811, jester race version, etc) and none of them worked. I also tried to spawn in dlc weapons like the compact rifle, switchblade, and heavy revolver. Although the trainer said it was in my weapon wheel, none of them were there. I thought It was the TRU textures and I did not make a backup, so I just verified the game cache which took a couple hours, and I launched the game again and the addon cars again and I tried them all and still nothing worked. I have no idea wtf happened and If there is a common issue for this please let me know. I have already tried to change the game config many times with different gameconfigs, that does not seem to be the issue.

Holy shit I am stupid. I copied the text for extratitleupdatedata.meta and copied and pasted the information for the police cars but I forgot to copy </Item>
