Team Setup Mod

I'm in need of a good bodyguard/team setup mod, allowing me to spawn friendlies and enemies with the player model of my choosing (like custom MP characters I have made), put them in armed vehicles like tanks or insurgents, and make them fight and chase each other in the location I desire. Anyone know of something like this? I know it's out there somewhere.
