FPS drastically dropped after re-installing GTA ?

Hi, does anyone know what's happening?
I reinstalled my GTA last night, but when i joined game i had ~40 FPS MAX on 1920x1080, without any mods or anything.
Before re-installation i used to have REDUX and few other graphic mods installed, and had ~90 FPS on 3840x2160 ...
My graphic drivers are up to date, also updated last night but i don't know where the problem is.
Anyone?
My PC Specs:
MBO: MSI H170 Gaming M3
Processor: Intel i7-6700K
Graphic Card: MSI GTX 1080 Armor 8G OC
RAM: 16GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance 3000Mhz
SSDI don't know where the problem is, and also on second pc also GTA V is running in 2k with REDUX and everything with ~50 FPS with i5 4590K, GTX 1050Ti StormX 4GB, 8GB Ram...
Can anyone help? Thanks in advance

did you install anything bad like fake things that say "boost your drivers" etc..
you should do a virus scan if you have not yet

90 FPS on Redux+2160p? I find it a bit hard to believe.
