VisualV contains original files...?

@LeeC2202 @rappo I don't think original files should be included in a mod... should they? I just got VisualV and it has a folder named original files, which I am assuming, contains the game's original non-edited files. If I remember correctly, distribution of those files is prohibited, am I correct?
Please clear up these issues for me. Thank you.

@AHK1221 Mods are prohibited if they only contain original files.
The upload rules are these:
Any files besides .zip, .rar, .7z and .oiv archives
Any file you don't have permission to upload, including part of other mods or mod packs
Any archive containing only original game files
Any file that can be used for cheating online
Any file containing or giving access to pirated or otherwise copyrighted content including game cracks, movies, television shows and music
Any file containing a virus or malware or any EXE file with a positive anti-virus result
Any file containing nude or semi-nude pornographic images
Any file depicting a political figure or ideology that is, at the complete discretion of the administrator, deemed to be something that will cause unnecessary debates in the comments section

@AHK1221 Np, I thought it was worth posting the rule set because for anyone who looks in on this thread, that has never uploaded anything, they have probably never seen them.
