Number of people following file updates/bookmarked?

Is there a way to see how many people are following file updates or have bookmarked a file?
You can see how many 'likes' a file has, but not the other two.
Possible addition maybe?
Basically I'm working on an update to a file and I would be interested to see how many people it would go out to and would get notifications of the update.

@glennoconnell It's not part of the UI at the moment, but you can private message me and I'll let you know about follower counts on your mods.
