Undefined account and Sudden logout
-
Hi guys! So I recently encountered this problem. When I try to log in on my account in Social club, it logs me in but then logs me out and says that they need to log me out because "someone" opened my account somewhere else. Also, there are certain instances that when I logged in. It says "undefined has signed in (Offline Mode) and it will be an endless loading. I hope there is a fix to this 'cuz I don't want to reinstall the game again. Thanks in advance!

@OhiOcinu I would say you need to contact Rockstar Support because that sounds like someone else might have access to your account.
You could try removing the Profiles folder from the Rockstar Games\GTA V folder in your Documents, to see if the profile is corrupt first though, just to make sure. If that has no effect, I would say R* Support is the way to go next.
Make sure to make a backup first, before you delete that Profiles folder.

Tried what you said but failed as well. I also tried to change the password of my account but it still didn't work.

@OhiOcinu You need to get onto Rockstart Support then, get them to check if your account has been compromised.

Okay, I'll try to submit a request on rockstar's main site. Thanks!

@OhiOcinu Try Twitter as well, they seem a bit more responsive on there... sometimes.

I'll try to reach them out there as well.
