I was trying to add gore mod, but then after editing I had to wait for a 2gb update? any guides on add ons

these files, if i wanted like a gore mod or blood script. do i copy these files into mod folder just like I would do with the car addons?

@gtaenthusiast If you modify any files inside a RPF file, it should go into the mods folder.
