Aliasing in GTA V worst ever...

I have MSAA all the way to it's highest settings, and yet the "jaggies" are atrocious. Why can' t R* get this right?!?

MSAA does nothing but smooth and make edges blurry.
The only solution alternative I've found was going beyond 1080P either with a native screen or using Nvidia's DSR features.
Using DSR has about the same performance FPS tax as MSAA from my experience.
So mind as well use the one with the best visuals
