How do I fix seating position in a pickup with turret?

I am currently making a toyota hilux technical mod and I need some help with it. The gun itself is operational and fires correctly. However, when i have my Ped go to the gun and use it, he is teleported instantly to the front cab and his arms are bent in a rather disturbing way. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

The gunner seat dummy is probably in the wrong position, just move it up to your turret.
