Editing the map (The 2D map from your radar)

So I am new to modding in GTA V, and I am looking to make a slight modification to the radar map of GTA V. I was wondering how I'd go about doing this, like what programs to use and where I can find the files of the map. Thanks

that would be a bit tricky
There are 2 radar maps
one for pause menu and other for radar
the one for radar is actually in 3d as far as i know
i don't remember the whole path , but try looking at 4k minimap/radarmap mod
