Red Dots all over the Map

Hey Guys,i noticed a really weird Thing recently.All over the Map,but mostly near my current Game Character,red Dots appear on the Minimap,as if there are Enemies in Vehicles.
These Dots seemed to be linked to various Cars in Traffic but also sometimes a red Dot is in the Middle of Nowhere and there isn`t a Car or other Vehicle there,not even below or above.
This is what i´m talking about:
I assume it`s because of a Vehicle related Mod i have installed, DLC/Add-On Vehicles Spawn on Traffic by @ImNotMentaL
But i double checked the ini File and it clearly shows that Blips for spawned Cars are deactivated.
At least i thought it would be that Mod because it mainly affects Cars that got spawned by this Mod.
But recently i noticed a few civil Helicopters,a Boat AND a Car from IV Pack were also marked with a red Dot.
So,what´s wrong with my Game?Scripthook and ScripthookDotNet are all up to date and so is the Game.

-mpspecialraces in SP 6.0 by @CP
-Hollywood Rollover by @EddlmIs there maybe some sort of Incompatibility between these Mods?

@Chris-W. in the map legend it says something in german i guess. you should read that.
could be an option activated in trainer menu, itself too. Press insert and see if they disappear for a second. if they disappear it means it's because of a script mod.

@FoxtrotDelta Well,it appears that a Tow Truck Service Mod was the Culprit.
I noticed because when a Car was flagged to get towed,3 or more Towtruck Symbols appeared on the Minimap instead of just one.
I removed the Towtruck Mod and since then everything is fine again.
