unable to customize certain cars

before anyone asks. yes I have a legit copy of GTA5 and have the latest version. I have the script mod letting me use MP cars in SP and have benny motorworks mod installed as well, but I cant customize the low-rider version of the "tornado" but I can customize every other vehicle that has benny motorworks customization options. it only allows me to customize the plate, color, wheels (but not Benny's custom wheels, that option comes up blank) and that's it. I want to say its one of the other mods causing the issue but I don't know which mod it is. sorry if I don't make sense if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
