How do I mod GTA 5 online?

I have looked literally everywhere on youtube and everything and I cannot find out how people mod their GTA 5 online it bugs the shit out of me I tried using script hook V but as my friend said it is out of date and it will get caught by rockstar when I try to play it. so anyone know how I can play gta 5 online with mods without it being detected?

@Ultrasnowstar You can't use ScriptHook online for a very good reason, it would allow you to cheat.
Nobody will give you any information about how to get that to work, because using mods online with the intent of cheating is not allowed to be discussed on here, as you can see in this FAQ. https://forums.gta5-mods.com/topic/4943/readme-frequently-asked-questions-site-related
The advice on here, is play online clean and offline with mods. If you want to cheat, neither this nor many of the other GTAV sites will help you to do that.
