Media coverage after 4 or 5 stars

Hi everybody,
i was thinking about the possibility of spawning tv news vans, heli, reporters when reaching a certain level of stars. It will add to the game a bit of realism.
what do you think about it ?

@slashblaster Someone had a similar idea quite a while back but it never got done. There seemed to be problems with getting the other vehicles to spawn alongside the police vehicles.
