[Vehicle] Request for AgustaWestland AW139 - have a model

I'm starting to work on some internationalization features of my WIP mod Coastal Callouts, and thus I'm starting to look towards getting a few relevant models ready for non-US players. It seems that a lot of countries use the AW139 for Search and Rescue helicopters, including Australia, Spain, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, The Netherlands, Sweden, the UK, and some others. So making this model for GTA V would satiate the Coastal Callouts desires of a good segment of the modding population!
I have found a free, unlocked FSX model, which could be converted. It comes with textures for a few of the countries mentioned above. I also found a tool for converting FSX models to other formats, including OBJ and 3DS, both of which can be imported by Zmodeler3. I actually converted and imported the model just to test and it worked, but obviously there's a lot more work that goes into it than just that, which is why I'm asking for help as vehicle modeling isn't my greatest area of expertise and I have quite a bit of scripting work left to do on the mod.
I am looking for a high quality conversion, with full LODs, proper collision model, working lights, etc. I'll also want to be involved with the development to some extent to ensure the model will be compatible with the features of Coastal Callouts, as it requires particular features to be implemented, and requires a custom vehicle layout to ensure it has enough seats. The layout part I'm happy to do, as I've done it for several helis now and have a system down for setting them up.
If somebody is willing to take on this project, I will in turn grant you beta access to Coastal Callouts while it's under development (if you're interested, no obligation) once the model has been created and confirmed to meet the quality standards I mentioned above. If you do a good job I'll probably also send you a generous donation when it's complete, but that's obviously at my discretion, and I'm not intending to "hire" someone for this project.

seems to be used by many countries' coast guard fleet (As far as I knew,Canada,Japan,US,Italy,Netherlands fleet has them) as well,I'm willing to pay for a FSX model if you know there's a nice one,and the most important part is,someone to convert it

@Elope i have 2 payware models. so there is no need to purchase a fsx model.
i just don't have lots of time. i have some paid/donation mods to complete first.

As FoxtrotDelta hasn't had time to do this conversion as he originally thought, I'm still looking for anybody interested in converting this model.

@DOGBAIT working on priority (donation) mods at this time , so haven't had time to work on this one yet.

@SkylineGTRFreak has a good AW-139 model from FSX that he's working on converting. Last update I heard, the interior has some things that are making it difficult to convert over to GTA, but it's still being worked on and should be done eventually.

@PNWParksFan i have a perfect model. if skylinegtrfreak want to rig it i can give it to him for free. if he has time. otherwise im making it for Dogbait pretty soon. as he is willing to donate for it to happen ASAP.

Currently finishing off a Los Angeles County Sheriff AS332 Super Puma, AW139 will be finished next.
