I remember on the old GTA4-Mods site there was a last downloaded date on the mod, I think that would be really cool to see if people still use your mod.

@jedijosh920 Sure, that's an easy thing to add If I remember correctly, it was always pretty much within a week for every mod on GTA4-Mods, so I didn't think it was that interesting or useful. However that might have been due to search engine crawlers, which I've blocked a little better from downloading on 5mods. I'll add it soon, thanks for the suggestion.
