  • @Voltrock I will give u the beta version soon. Its not release ready no weapons. And for 200$ model this aircraft has a shitty cockpit. Wait till I release my flyfreestd mig29k that has an awesome cockpit. Too bad they are not the same.

    I will try and make the cockpit look acceptable. But I am disappointed By the stock cockpit. Other than that. The model is A1

    it s a very huge work, i can say just one thing, try to do the best u can



  • @Voltrock sad thing is. the 3d model it self is very good. but it lacks. cockpit textures. MFD's are easy. those green lights and keys [Buttons] are very hard to do. i'll just give them emmisive lights. without any numbers or text on them.

    Edit: i will put compass and radar on the screens. and 1 screen will be just static non moving guages textures okay?



  • @Voltrock i thought you would stay online :P anyways looks good so i will continue doing what i am doing with the cockpit. as i have done to the front cockpit will do the same to rear cockpit. and then put moving radar and stuff on the black screens.

    U do a really good job, do u think it s possible to have texture in future for cockpit?? add some details, signification of button, Metallic texture with "scratch", etc...

  • @Voltrock i have Su-33 and many aircraft from FSX. i'll use a suitable texture myself. i want to keep it as close to real as possible. Thanks for the offer. but 2 weeks is alot of time. i can finish it, today on my own. Time is very important for me. i have to finish this one so that i can get back to my paid mods. ASAP.



  • So i have Got a Problem. when i uv map the Dials from Script dials dss. onto the cockpit elements, most of them work. but the guages, the ones with the needles they don't appear. only needles appear. what's up with that? any help would be much appriciated.

    @SkylineGTRFreak how do you work around this?



  • @FoxtrotDelta Just thinking...these gauges you are having problems are the ones only has the needle to spin...so maybe just leave the needle for the spinning and put the gauge as texture on the model?



  • @Elope yep. that's what i am currently doing, but i would like to know, if there is something that can be done differently.

    and i am also not sure, if these needles are there, will they display guage under it? i placed a layer under it, but seems it won't display the guage underneath.



  • @FoxtrotDelta I think it works this way...otherwise wouldnt the base layer spin with the needle XD ?

  • @Voltrock when i have time. i will make a tutorial. i have wanted to make a tutorial for long. don't worry it's not that difficult.



  • @Voltrock Iv made it look close to the real thing. this is how it looks like in zm3. i'll wrap up today's work and upload the dlc for you to Beta test. i will not be here for 1 day gotta go somewhere for 24 hours. will check back once i get back. will post gta 5 ingame pics if i can in a while.

  • @Voltrock Here it is Final Beta for the Test. it looks amazing when you turn the Lights on. followed @SkylineGTRFreak 's idea of integrating cockpit dials mfds with headlights. can be turned on and off with H. Beta seems decent althought there are a few texture bugs. and oh yea. the radar is on top of the LOS SANTOS MAP. :P looks good.i think. All guages are Fully functional and real no statics guages used. even Radar on top of LS Map works and is moving.

    Work that remains on the model is Weapons<<<--none yet. Texture fixes. burn maps. Rear Cockpit and waiting for bug reports.
