Openiv.asi makes gtav crash launcher

Hi guys! Yesterday gta v stopped to work and after checking properly all files, deleting all of kind of mods I found the trouble. It was the file openiv.asi( I think is it) that's make gta v crashing at launcher, is there an way to fix and continue to play with mods?

@maritime889 are you sure you don't have anything in "mods" folder? OpenIV.ASI itself can't make your game crash.
