A couple new features on file pages

I've added a couple new features on file pages today, one that's automatic and another for mod authors to add to their own file pages:

At the bottom of the description box you'll see a new statistic "Last Downloaded," which will tell you when was the last time this file was downloaded by a logged in user or guest. Requested by jedijosh920

Near the bottom of the description box, should a mod author choose to use this field, you'll see a link to the associated GTA5-Mods.com Forums post for the file. Before we had our own forums, only GTAForums links were supported, but now both are supported. Check out an example here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/onfootcinematiccam-leec2202. Requested by Carrythxd
Some other minor updates include fully updated translations for Catalan, Dutch, Hungarian, Korean and Spanish
