Add-On Vehicles?

Is possible create a mod like the Add-On Ped for vehicles? To dont replace vehicles?

Am not sure. My english is not too good I think. I mean, for instance, I like the Knight Rider mods... but they replace the Ruiner ones... so... how can I have both the knight rider and the ruiner in the game? Of course I can replace another vehicle I guess but... how do it without replace an original vehicle? is it possible?

@huxley Yes, it is definitely possible. The problem is that whilst it is a fairly straight forward process, it is a complicated process to describe in a way that everyone can understand.
